To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔想煮飯打算出去食飯，係附近揾左間茶記，新開業，價錢都ok。位於工廈，面積比其他茶記大，座位自然闊落D蠔仔肉碎泡飯蠔仔雖然細細粒，但粒粒都脹卜卜，幾鮮甜，仲有埋肉碎，湯底清甜，落左冬菜、蔥花同芫荽，令湯飯更香更好食😆加$7升級大杯凍飲，凍奶茶茶底夠晒濃！沙嗲金菇肥牛煲晚市套餐有埋白飯、湯、飲品，沙嗲味超濃郁，肥牛都有兩款，而且幾有牛味，送飯一流🤤金沙鮮魷加左咸蛋黃嘅鮮魷呈黃金色澤，鮮魷好爽口，雖然邪惡但耐唔耐食下又無咩所謂，好惹味😋
