Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

友人今天工作半天，約了她一起食午餐兼逛街，近近地在她工作的九龍灣。當然她非常熟識邊度有好嘢食。商場內的餐廳不大興趣，她帶了我去一工厦內新開的餐廳。餐廳地方大，坐位算寬敞。價錢不是太貴，抵食。滑蛋吉列豬扒丼整碗鋪滿蛋和炸豬扒。豬扒炸過，仍然保持肉汁。淋上面蛋漿，滑溜。還有漬物和麵豉湯。日式壽喜燒牛肉烏冬薄切牛肉份量頗多。肉質軟熟。湯底甜美。烏冬中规中矩。Cappuccino 質量不錯，苦澀帶甘。醒神。
