To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

友人發現，九龍灣工商大廈近排新開了樓上日式餐廳，即管去試吓，估計是試業中，所以人流不多，步入餐廳，木系椅子、枱、簡單裝潢，綠色植物，坐得舒服，職員非常忙碌，辛苦了，正在處理外賣單，我哋要稍等一下看看餐牌：沙律、小食、飲料，和風定食、、西洋料理、、、午餐🥣來😊主菜、麵豉湯及漬物、整齊放在托盤上賣相都幾好睇日式喜燒牛肉湯烏冬份量多，大大碗，昆布、葱花粒鋪上滿滿牛肉，吃不完，浪費了一點略嫌肉有d 韌扁身烏冬夠彈牙，半隻流心蛋熱辣辣麵豉湯😋正朋友點了，吉列炸豬扒份量都是大份的，給我少少哋 …淺嚐👌 okay 餐飲：來杯cappuccino 🤗漂亮拉花、滑溜，好👌
