Restaurant: Hidden和洋食屋
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Hidden和洋食屋最近成為左我返工日子嘅飯堂，食物款式可謂應有盡有，健康選擇嘅話有貝果，日式選擇包括咖喱飯、烏冬同丼飯。西式選擇都有意粉同鋸扒。餐廳空間非常大，裝潢以木系為主，散發陣陣和風氣息。落單用QR code就得，非常方便👍🏻- 煙肉炒蛋貝果🥯貝果上面佈滿芝麻，非常香口。入面夾住煙肉同炒蛋。煙肉好香脆，而且有三大條。炒蛋厚身，口感香嫩柔軟，食完非常飽肚🤩- 照燒三文魚定食三文魚定食煮得非常出色。大大塊三文魚扒沾上照燒醬汁，外皮煎得香脆😋另外餐廳亦有奉上一碗酸酸甜甜既醬汁，解膩之餘，送飯一流！餐廳嘅咖啡都唔錯，我地叫左Cappuccino 同Caramel Latte，兩杯既拉花都好靚😍Hidden位於商業大廈既八樓，位置非常隱蔽，好彩同事介紹我呢間餐廳，如果唔係每日都苦惱緊午餐食咩😭
