西九圓方ELEMENTS商場格局以金木水火土區分,商場面積十分之大,其實每次我去到呢個商場嘅時候好多時都會蕩失路,今次同好朋友來到圓方火區的西班牙餐廳Rico Rico 來個chill night dinner,餐廳位置相當容易記得,就係位於喺圓方溜冰場樓上,所以今次我一出九龍站就好快搵到路去到餐廳啦 餐廳以磚紅色和森林綠來做主調,再加上金金地的開放式酒吧,環境高貴典雅,那種紅紅綠綠也貫徹西班牙熱情洋溢的感覺氣氛,餐廳有室內和室外的位置可供選擇,不過無論室內或者室外都好,座位間隔都相當寬敞,坐得自在舒服,而且私隱度高,和朋友傾偈都唔會擔心嘈到隔籬 🔮西班牙白毛豬,火腿配鮮蕃茄醬多士食西班牙菜又點少得黑毛豬呢,以自家製的酸種麵包配上手工蕃茄醬,上面再舖上西班牙入口的白毛豬火腿片,軟熟鹹香的火腿片在配上脆後的sourdough toast ,口感很有層次,酸甜帶咸香,十分開胃 🔮焗吞拿魚釀茄子這個菜可以話係西班牙經典Tapas其中之一,將吞拿魚西班牙辣肉腸粒,芝士和蛋,釀入原條嘅茄子入面,上面鋪上一層手工蕃茄醬再焗,上枱時以香味十足,切開一小片拎起仲有拉絲嘅效果啊,而辣肉腸和吞拿魚加起來,

食西班牙菜又點少得黑毛豬呢,以自家製的酸種麵包配上手工蕃茄醬,上面再舖上西班牙入口的白毛豬火腿片,軟熟鹹香的火腿片在配上脆後的sourdough toast ,口感很有層次,酸甜帶咸香,十分開胃 

🔮焗吞拿魚釀茄子
這個菜可以話係西班牙經典Tapas其中之一,將吞拿魚西班牙辣肉腸粒,芝士和蛋,釀入原條嘅茄子入面,上面鋪上一層手工蕃茄醬再焗,上枱時以香味十足,切開一小片拎起仲有拉絲嘅效果啊,而辣肉腸和吞拿魚加起來,鮮香微辣惹味十足,非常香口

🔮西班牙腸炒惹菌
先炒香西班牙腸,令腸入面嘅油脂炒出來,再倒入野菌來炒,等野菌都吸收了辣肉腸的油香,將兩者放上多士片上面來食,一啖入口超級惹味啊 

🔮白毛豬肉西班牙Pizza
這是西班牙獨有的Coca薄餅, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese 來做個醬底,double cheese香氣撲鼻,上面鋪上18個風乾的熟成白毛豬火腿,油香豐溢,火腿的鹹鮮味和濃郁的芝士味,入口味道無比香濃,簡單配上一些火箭菜,中和一下,加點清新的感覺,真係食多兩件都唔覺得會好膩呀~ 

🔮西班牙大蝦,牛柳Paella燉飯
這個可以話係西班牙海鮮飯的加強版啊,大大隻嘅西班牙新鮮大蝦,仲長過我隻手板,開邊後先煎再焗,上枱時蝦香十足,蝦肉大大隻又彈牙爽嫩,蝦味濃郁,整隻蝦也只是略加一點鹽來燒,連蝦殼也香脆惹味,蝦頭位多膏又香濃,真係好正呀!
除此之外,還有以牛油炒香的藍青口,每隻都新鮮飽滿,入口非常鮮甜;最特別嘅係這個西班牙炒飯係會跟一大塊牛柳扒,牛柳扒煎致五成熟,平均切片之後鋪在頓飯之上,清楚看見中間的牛肉是粉嫩粉嫩的,很有視覺享受啊,上面淋上牛肉Jus,入口超級軟嫩,牛香十足,而且肉汁豐富,而飯底就用咗海鮮湯來會燉的,所以成個飯可以話係鮮味無比,飽肚又滿足呀,大推👍 

🔮招牌香烤脆乳豬
這道燒乳豬脾,的確令我眼前一亮,冇諗過真係會以原隻燒乳豬髀來端上的,表面油光十足,淨係睇個樣都覺得佢好香脆!慢煮二十四小時嘅燒乳豬髀,上菜前會放入焗爐再烤至表皮金黃色,入口肉質非常軟嫩,油脂在口中慢慢滲出,加上脆香嘅猪皮口感,味道相當豐富,配上大量即炸的薯條和各種不同的配搭醬汁,蕃茄醬,秘製燒烤醬和aioli,薯條吸收了豬油的味道,更加香口惹味,而且份量比我想像中多,足足夠兩三個人食呵~ 

🔮Sangria 
西班牙傳統嘅Cocktail Sangria每次都係我食西班牙菜一定會叫點的紅酒Cocktail飲品,果香豐富,酸甜清爽,無論餐前或者餐後嘅飲品都好適合㗎 

🔮Manzana agria 
不想飲酒的朋友亦都推介這一個以蘋果汁,rosemary,蘋果醋,檸檬,Passion Fruit ,薄荷葉造成的Mocktail 飲品,充滿清新的果香,酸酸甜甜清新開胃又減膩
