To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城向來都係出名食泰國菜, 今次黎左呢間屹立係九龍城多年的小曼谷餐廳曼谷夜市火山骨星期三至五做緊$38 promotion, 當然要點呢個菜啦~骨質非常嫩滑, 啖啖肉之餘, 唔會覺得好鞋口, 再配上自家製辣椒醬, 尤其開胃!青咖喱海鮮有帶子、魷魚、青口、鮮蝦, 配上清甜的青咖喱汁, 非常match如果可以配埋薄餅食就一流, 不過我無嗌到, 因為仲有其他主食~~泰式馬拉盞炒通菜有粒粒蝦乾, 食落去幾惹味, 而通菜好爽脆好新鮮, 份量亦非常充足!泰式鮮蝦金邊粉炒得好有鑊氣, 大大隻好爽口, 加入花生碎一齊食口感豐富, 好惹味泰式奶茶沙冰可以叫少甜少冰, 飲落去甜度適中, 唔會太膩, 而且有透心涼效果, 好涼快~燒粟米爽甜多汁, 表面燒至金黃色, 非常考驗師傅技術!蜜糖🍯菠蘿一粒粒菠蘿燒至金黃色, 食落去非常juicy蜜味~而且非常清甜多汁, 為這頓飯畫上完美句號~

如果可以配埋薄餅食就一流, 不過我無嗌到, 因為仲有其他主食~~

有粒粒蝦乾, 食落去幾惹味, 而通菜好爽脆好新鮮, 份量亦非常充足!
