To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

比較少喺九龍城出沒,唔係朋友介紹都未必識嚟,嚟完之後覺得朋友冇介紹錯,抵大夾大件,質素又高明爐烏頭一向係我至愛,大大條新鮮烏頭,魚肉鮮嫩,青檸汁酸酸地吊出蒜味同辣味,味道豐富嘅經典泰菜試咗期間限定品泰北火鍋,好抵食,牛、豚、魷魚同蝦份量十足,新鮮爽口,蔬菜盤新鮮嫩綠,份量多到食極都仲有咁炒河係另一樣我好鍾意食嘅嘢,炒到好夠乾身,河粉唔會痴埋一齊,口感好好,配料又足,喺啖都食到豬扒同配菜鮮蝦柚子沙律,呢個組合好夾,食材新鮮已經一定好食,仲要配上甜甜地嘅醬汁同脆卜卜嘅花生,味道同口感都好豐富飲品揀咗青檸菠蘿沙冰同泰式奶茶,青檸同菠蘿味都好突出,又好夾,泰式奶茶陣香味亦好濃郁店面掛咗好多獎狀同獎牌,絕對係信心之選,唔單止食物質素高,環境又乾淨,服務又好,QR Code落單都好方便,下次想食泰菜會回頭 continue reading

今天特意來九龍城吃泰菜,眾所周知這裡是泰菜的聚集地。地點是九龍城太子道西398號御太子地下鋪,小曼谷海鮮燒烤屋。鐘意食燒魚一定不要錯過,雖然外皮黑黑地,揭開魚皮,魚肉雪白,味道鮮香嫩滑,真是超正。經過鹽燒的洗禮後,肉質緊實又鮮美,鹽香四溢,簡直是鹽燒界的戰斗機!接著是鮑魚,它的鹽燒版同樣不輸給烏頭魚,肉質滑嫩,鹽香彌漫,加些蒜和魚仔,一吃就上癮!再來是泰式鮮蝦超金邊粉,鮮蝦Q彈彈牙,金邊粉吸收了泰式湯汁的精髓,味道層次豐富到讓你叫絕!最後是泰式鹹魚炒芥蘭,鹹魚香脆可口,芥蘭爽脆清新,兩者完美結合,贏曬!最後來個芒果沙冰收尾,冰涼涼的芒果滋味,讓你整個口腔都充滿了清新的感覺!這頓飯太豐盛了,讓我這廚藝小白也忍不住要點艷艷大誇一場! continue reading

自從多年前去過呢間泰菜餐廳後, 就一直回味呢間嘅泰菜美食。今日再同朋友重返, 雖然menu已經改咗, 但水準亦唔太差。餐廳座位雖算不上闊落, 不過服務幾友善 。食物款式選擇多, 除了散點, 仲有少量套餐選擇。【冬蔭公湯】HK$148冬蔭公可以自選小辣同大辣, 以小火鍋興住, 入面有大大隻虎蝦同埋泰式香料, 湯底熱辣辣, 集合甜酸辣, 味道濃郁。【泰式炸蝦餅】HK$98蝦餅炸得金黃香脆, 口感彈牙, 食到蝦嘅鮮甜味, 點少少泰式醬食, 味道更提升。【泰式鮮蝦炒金邊粉】HK$108金邊粉很有香氣, 濕炒甜中帶微酸, 配有有三粒爽口蝦球、蛋花、肉碎等, 食落帶點層次。 continue reading
