九龍城咁多間泰國菜,對我呢啲鍾意食泰國菜嘅人簡直係天堂,今日就去咗九龍城泰皇閣泰國菜館食晚餐。首先,我們叫咗飛天通菜,即係泰式通菜,以豆瓣醬、辣椒和蒜頭為基礎調味,辣辣地,惹味但唔會太辣。跟住喺燒安格斯牛肉配青檸,牛肉非常嫩口有牛味,上面淋咗泰式醬汁,微微帶點酸味,真係好好食好開胃!最後,我們品嚐咗呢晚最正的一道菜,椰青海鮮焗飯。海鮮用了非常豐富,有青口、魷魚、八爪魚和焗飯蝦。焗飯上面仲有一層厚厚的椰漿,令到成個飯好香椰子味,裝住個飯嘅椰青仲有椰肉,可以慢慢刮出嚟食!椰青海鮮焗飯仲跟一杯椰青水,入面亦都有椰肉,又香甜又好食。
