To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城咁多間泰國菜，對我呢啲鍾意食泰國菜嘅人簡直係天堂，今日就去咗九龍城泰皇閣泰國菜館食晚餐。首先，我們叫咗飛天通菜，即係泰式通菜，以豆瓣醬、辣椒和蒜頭為基礎調味，辣辣地，惹味但唔會太辣。跟住喺燒安格斯牛肉配青檸，牛肉非常嫩口有牛味，上面淋咗泰式醬汁，微微帶點酸味，真係好好食好開胃！最後，我們品嚐咗呢晚最正的一道菜，椰青海鮮焗飯。海鮮用了非常豐富，有青口、魷魚、八爪魚和焗飯蝦。焗飯上面仲有一層厚厚的椰漿，令到成個飯好香椰子味，裝住個飯嘅椰青仲有椰肉，可以慢慢刮出嚟食！椰青海鮮焗飯仲跟一杯椰青水，入面亦都有椰肉，又香甜又好食。
