Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城不嬲都係泰國菜嘅熱門之選,有唔少泰國菜嘅餐廳,今次同朋友食呢間衙前塱道泰皇閣,一連兩個鋪位,算係相對出名嘅一間。面積唔算好大,但係平日嚟到啱啱有位,所以揀咗黎食。同泰國餐廳一樣類型嘅泰菜,不過呢間嘅款式好似再特別啲。金邊粉(⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)我都係鍾意傳統嘅金邊粉。泰式金邊粉再加埋大蝦,啲醬汁酸酸甜甜,份量都幾多。芽菜同花生分開,另外金邊粉用蛋包住,賣相都幾靚嘅。甜酸蝦球(⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💢)甜酸蝦球用菠蘿盛載住,幾特別,好多配料係入邊。蝦球超多汁,用嚟配飯就更加適合,適合比較重口味嘅朋友。泰式雜菜煲(⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)由於食得多重口味,所以揀番啲蔬菜,健康啲。我哋點咗泰式雜菜煲,有西蘭花等等,蔬菜款式都幾多,價錢都唔係太貴,如果唔想食太多澱粉質都可以點呢個。芒果沙冰(⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)飲品方面,我哋點咗芒果沙冰。啲芒果粒好大,好香嘅芒果味,清涼甚至都可以話係冰鎮。最後埋單$200唔使一個人,質素嚟講係中上,價錢就中下,覺得係唔錯。~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 泰皇閣泰國菜館九龍城衙前塱道15號地舖👍 味道不俗 👍 泰式風情 👍 鄰近鐵路 continue reading

回到香港過一些簡單舒服的日子, 九龍城的餐廳絕對是想簡單過但豐富衣食日子的好地方, 泰國菜當然是這裏最多的選擇, 今次來到泰皇閣是一家本地風格的那種, 飲品選擇很多, 而且相當有驚喜, 例如是芒果沙冰或者班蘭奶茶, 甜度與芒果及班蘭本身的味道調得剛剛好, 沒有死甜和膩感, 在泰式飲品重甜的情況下, 這種本地化反而令人覺得舒服.這裏的泰國菜式也很多元化, 烤類, 炸類和汁煮類的選擇也不少, 當然也是比較在地化的調教, 例如是咖喱汁和烏頭酸辣汁的調校也是偏向柔和, 前者配搭炸軟殼蟹感覺還好, 後者烏頭的泥味我知道已經不多, 但味覺敏感的我還是吃到一點點. 至於金邊粉正正常常, 就是一般餐廳的調味和口感, 當在泰國回來吃過炭火炒製的菜式, 就知道欠缺的也許就是炭爐的明火.Returning to Hong Kong for some simple and comfortable days, Kowloon City is definitely a great place for a rich yet uncomplicated dining experience. 晚上7點幾,二個人,叫干炒牛肉河,沙爹,炸蝦餅,飛天通菜,只有炸蝦餅叫正常,牛河牛肉有雪味,蘇味,柴皮咁,河粉冇乜味,通菜炒到又係柴皮,沙爹竟然沒有牛肉選擇,於是唯有叫了豬肉,雞肉,上到枱已即刻食,但只係微暖,價錢雖不算貴,期間有另一枱入座,向一名髮型特別的職員點餐,點了幾樣,望到那個職員面帶不滿,咁嘅服務態度,咁嘅食物質素,實在浪費金錢,上星期食過金寶,諗住試下呢間,簡直可一不可再,極度不推薦, continue reading

平日訂了七位枱七點半鐘,七點鐘3位朋友早到不能安排進入,門口的男同事沒有表情只是說只能齊人才能入,只好在門口等了半個鐘,這個消費代客處理方法有待改善。(本人食開中菜多,早到的朋友都可以入座等,本人是消費者覺得感覺一啲都不良好不會再次幫襯)。叫了食物沒有拍照,但有三個餸,七個人的口味一致得難食,不推介(中伏),燒牛肉(好韌)、串燒雞肉和豬肉(路口串燒外賣檔好食過佢)、春卷(內裏自家的餡料好難食),九龍城咁多泰國菜館可試,不會再次消費。 continue reading
