口味是可以的但沒有很正宗

服務員很有禮貌 女服務員提醒有警察抄牌

回到香港過一些簡單舒服的日子, 九龍城的餐廳絕對是想簡單過但豐富衣食日子的好地方, 泰國菜當然是這裏最多的選擇, 今次來到泰皇閣是一家本地風格的那種, 飲品選擇很多, 而且相當有驚喜, 例如是芒果沙冰或者班蘭奶茶, 甜度與芒果及班蘭本身的味道調得剛剛好, 沒有死甜和膩感, 在泰式飲品重甜的情況下, 這種本地化反而令人覺得舒服.這裏的泰國菜式也很多元化, 烤類, 炸類和汁煮類的選擇也不少, 當然也是比較在地化的調教, 例如是咖喱汁和烏頭酸辣汁的調校也是偏向柔和, 前者配搭炸軟殼蟹感覺還好, 後者烏頭的泥味我知道已經不多, 但味覺敏感的我還是吃到一點點. 至於金邊粉正正常常, 就是一般餐廳的調味和口感, 當在泰國回來吃過炭火炒製的菜式, 就知道欠缺的也許就是炭爐的明火.Returning to Hong Kong for some simple and comfortable days, Kowloon City is definitely a great place for a rich yet uncomplicated dining experience. Thai cuisine is the most abundant option here, and this time I visited Thai Palace, a local-style restaurant. The drink selection is extensive and surprising, featuring items like mango slush and pandan milk tea, perfectly balanced in sweetness without being overly sugary. The Thai dishes are also diverse, with grilled, fried, and sauced options that lean towards a milder flavor profile. Overall, while the food is decent, it lacks the authentic charcoal flavor found in Thailand.

平日訂了七位枱七點半鐘,七點鐘3位朋友早到不能安排進入,門口的男同事沒有表情只是說只能齊人才能入,只好在門口等了半個鐘,這個消費代客處理方法有待改善。(本人食開中菜多,早到的朋友都可以入座等,本人是消費者覺得感覺一啲都不良好不會再次幫襯)。叫了食物沒有拍照,但有三個餸,七個人的口味一致得難食,不推介(中伏),燒牛肉(好韌)、串燒雞肉和豬肉(路口串燒外賣檔好食過佢)、春卷(內裏自家的餡料好難食),九龍城咁多泰國菜館可試,不會再次消費。

一開始叫咗三個餸先
1)明爐青檸蒸盲鰽~👍👍👍因為英國冇烏頭食,返嚟香港都想懷念吓個陣魚味,店員話冇用烏頭好耐,原因係貨源唔穩定,唔知供應商會唔會混入啲「明渠烏頭」,真係食死人,所以索性唔用烏頭,用鹹水魚嘅盲鰽,成本仲貴過烏頭添!味道一樣咁正,尤其係底部嘅椰菜,塑咗湯汁好淋冇渣,魚同菜全部都食晒,抵食。

3) 冬陰功炒飯~👍👍 正常味道,之前係冇冬陰功炒飯㗎,所以試吓,個人少食炒飯,食開撈汁嘅飯,所以覺得炒飯偏油,大家落單時可以要求少油。

我第一次寫食評,因為真係太差,所以先提醒大家。率先我哋被帶到上2樓坐等,上面可以話係全冇裝修可言,坐的是圓櫈冇背靠的大排檔形式。然後因為佢哋唔夠夥計,所以全程都係自助形式,包括攞碗碟及餐具,至於落order,要用自己電話打落去佢樓下收銀處落單。留意返即使全程自助,佢仍然會收10% service charge 。落單之後菜式不到5分鐘就會上菜,包括咖喱炒蟹,所以蟹係一早整熟嘅,只係炒埋落啲咖喱度。明爐花甲,花甲係一早灼熟嘅,只係放喺個兜上邊下便有火做吓樣嘅啫,不過花甲非常之韌。早嚟講呢度就係一間粗製濫造,服務水平低劣嘅餐廳。最後提返大家,人未齊係唔可以入座!10個大人9位到咗佢都要你好熱咁樣企喺門口等 ,等到第10個都嚟埋先至會俾你入去。

今天又来九龙城吃一家泰国菜了,叫做泰皇阁。这家菜我已经吃了很多次了,至于为什么来吃,当然是环境舒服,然后位置也超好找,离地铁站近,味道也好,而且价格也很实惠哦。 我们点了一份炒牛河,因为每一次来儿子都很喜欢吃,这个另外点了一份白切鸡,吃泰国菜必点的猪颈肉,两个人吃绝对够,加起来还不到三百,人均一百就能吃到那这种价格吃到这样的水水准泰国菜,我个人很推荐!份量大味道好,过来吃完做个按摩,泰国一日游的感觉

餐廳環境都算寬敞,座位與座位之間唔會太逼夾。上菜速度快,店員都好Nice。呢間餐廳應該幾出名,見到都好多人叫外賣,星期六嘅晚巿都滿座 餐廳嘅食物不過不失,份量都好足。叫咗蝦醬炒飯、馬拉盞炒芥蘭、泰式小食拼盤、燒盲鰽同2杯沙冰。令我最驚艷嘅係個炒飯,望落好似好少,但整鬆佢之後份量勁多。😋仲有打卡必備嘅三層泰式小食拼盤🤣有炸蝦餅、炸魚餅、炸春卷、雞翼同無骨酸辣鳳爪。炸蝦餅同炸魚餅勁足料,咬落去係結實㗎!👍🏻
