To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原條魷魚筒內塞滿糯米飯, 魷魚筒表面有炭燒香同埋少少鹽帶出鮮味, 果然咬落去魷魚唔硬, 而且帶爽, 唔會太乾身, 而入面既糯米飯飯感較為黏口而且入味, 比預期中更好食!

每次食泰國野我定必叫冬蔭公, 呢度既冬蔭公都有幾款選擇, 而我就Order比較傳統既冬蔭公湯, 有分大細SIZE, 呢個為細size, 有4飯碗既份量, 入面有兩隻好爽口而又大大隻既虎蝦、秀珍菇同埋大量香料,

味道近似泰國既地道冬蔭公, 酸辣度刺激到味蒥, 令人有飲完再想飲既感覺, 所以黎咁多次, 我都必定encorn!!

另一必定要order既仲有呢度既咖哩!! 呢度既咖哩係唔辣, 而係有好濃既椰奶香, 今次我就揀左配大蜆, 每隻蜆都比$5硬幣更大, 入口好爽口, 帶點咬口, 而且蜆係冇沙, 加上香濃既咖哩, 食得律律有味!!正!!

見仲有咁多咖哩, 於是order多個烤薄餅黎沾咖哩食埋佢, 烤薄餅好乾身, 冇油膩感, 而且表面有好香既炭香味, 略帶脆, 所以Order咖哩系列既話, 除左可以order個蒜蓉包黎點之外, 呢款亦係一個唔錯既選擇!最後, 老闆仲送左個甜品比我地試試....

兩款都係甜甜地, 前者口感香滑, 後者比較煙韌

整體黎講呢度既野食水準都一直Keep得唔錯!! 連今次同行既表弟都話終於明白我多次encorn黎呢間食泰國菜既原因, 仲話必定要找機會介紹多d朋友黎分享美食咁話~~~
