To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前食了九龍城泰國菜都相當滿意,事不宜遲,來到這家折然不同、食過返尋味的泰國菜:小曼谷海鮮燒烤屋。門口的吹氣公仔好熟口面,好似網絡紅人Ming仔玩左一大輪左勾拳的那個。作為養生女子,燒烤並非我杯茶,不過這裡的燒烤仍讓我泛起了「心心眼」。牛油蒜蓉燒珍寶龍蝦($238)約11吋長重一磅這些的龍蝦有兩款,由於另外一款有臘腸的關係,我選了這一款。比較特別的是,這一款面頭有些白飯魚仔,非常鬆脆。龍蝦果真有11吋長,比我的大手掌還要大。烤過的有陣陣鮮味氣息,重中之重是要蘸上餐廳特有的酸辣汁,馬上起了畫龍點晴之效,毫不誇張!看了看那酸辣汁的成份,有青檸和魚露!難怪!有魚露的地方就有鮮味,青檸的清新和酸味,提振了燒烤食物的滋味!龍蝦啖啖肉,咬落彈牙,頗為新鮮。明爐香檸汁蒸桂花魚($238)有買開餸的人都知,桂花魚愈來愈貴,而吃貨們會知道,桂花魚的肉質比鯇魚、烏頭好上太多。所以一見餐牌有明爐蒸桂花魚,想都不用想,馬上已敲定要這款。果然!桂花魚又香又滑,肉質的口感毫不拖泥帶水,嫩滑好咬得很,連牙齒都分辨得出來的好食!加上那個汁,飲落像不辣的冬蔭功,酸得來惹味,有香茅和檸葉等香料氣息。配上桂花魚亦非常夾。整

平常愛吃椰香味濃的青咖哩,這天叫了個泰皇咖哩。青咖哩感覺像柔弱的女子,泰皇咖哩則有王者之風。泰皇咖哩香料感較強,辣度不強,但香濃惹味。這裡的泰皇咖哩汁感覺厚實濃重,但是讓人忍不住用匙羮一啖啖地吮著。講講裡面的海鮮,有青口、蜆、蝦、魷魚。個人覺得最好食的是蝦,有炸過的蝦吸收咖哩汁後原來可以這麼好吃,爽口脆身又彈牙。份量頗大,海鮮量亦足,由於咖哩汁太正,所以也要了個酥餅來沾汁吃。

問店員原味烤酥餅好食些還是芝士味好食些。店員毫不猶疑馬上說:芝士味好食。好!信你!果然店員無呃人。芝士味烤酥餅一上檯香得不得了,拿上手又熱又酥。沾上咖哩汁堪稱一絕!

小曼谷海鮮燒烤屋菜式選擇相當多,而且味道非常好!我選的3個菜式,命中率100%地好食!相當有驚喜。尤其是明爐香檸汁蒸桂花魚!一試難忘!忍不住四處向人推介啊(哈哈)。
