To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚突登同朋友去九龍城食泰國野，我地見呢間餐廳嘅menu 選擇多👍🏻黃咖喱牛腩，入面除咗牛腩之外，仲有洋蔥、椒、薯仔，牛腩大舊又好軟淋，份量仲好多添😍黃咖喱微辣，所以唔識得辣嘅朋友啱食啦👍🏻咖喱梗係要配烤餅啦😋我地叫咗泰式芝士烤酥餅🫓好香芝士味🧀😋食落口好酥脆，配搭咖喱一齊食真係一流呀😍😋鮮菠蘿雞肉炒飯，旁邊有啲肉鬆，一齊食味道夾👍🏻另外，除咗鮮菠蘿，仲有提子乾，酸酸甜甜地一齊食又幾好味😋風味燒豬頸肉，豬頸燒到外脆焦香，充滿肉汁，肉質鮮嫩😋😋一定要點埋豬頸肉醬汁一齊食，d醬汁酸酸辣辣好開胃，真係好好味，食唔停口呀😋
