To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚喺九龍城搵食,揀咗喺龍崗道的蟹仙海鮮蒸氣鍋😋尊貴海鮮套餐每位$419,有九款海鮮、有機蔬菜籃及吸收了海鮮精華的粥。入座時首先進行食具高溫消毒,然後友善的店員May 姐用心介紹今天新鮮的食材👍大廚選了野生膏仔蟹、喜之次半條、澳洲青年龍蝦、台灣九孔鮑魚、日本野生大赤蝦、大西洋野生青口、紐西蘭刀貝蚌及月亮貝。海鮮款款新鮮,蝦鮮甜、鮑魚彈牙、龍蝦同蟹很有鮮味😍而我最鍾意的係喜之次一夜干,一般在日式食店是烤來吃的,今次很特別,第一次試清蒸,非常鮮甜美味;另一個亮點是吃飽海鮮後的粥,食材用日本珍珠米、有機粟米,還有芋頭同排骨,臨吃前加埋啲菜甫同蔥,真係正到冇朋友❤️
