Restaurant: The Alley

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食完放題經過見到人龍頗短只有平時一半,就去排一下,誰知前後最尾竟然也等了45分鐘,破了之前自己話“絕不願意排超過20分鐘”的諾言,也辛苦了友人疲倦至極都肯陪我排長龍。到手的黑糖鹿丸鮮奶底部是暖的,第一啖黑糖味幾濃烈,搖晃後和鮮奶融合之後就不算重味了。珍珠軟韌,黑糖味道頗重,其實對我來說偏甜。整體口感順滑,奶味好香,但是近來發現自己越來越不喜歡太多珍珠阻礙我飲奶,總是想避開吸到珍珠。對我而言這杯珍奶是有些牛嚼牡丹了,或許下次應該點其他沒有珍珠的飲品(如果無須排隊的話,會有下次的)至於友人點的奇異果沙冰就非常清新開胃,底部依然好多珍珠,不過佢就對珍珠讚賞有加,看來僅僅是我過了癡迷珍珠的年紀結論依然是,不值得排超過20分鐘。
