To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日跟朋友入大嶼山玩,佢成家都好like.仲誠意拳拳請我去食飯,真係有D唔好意思.由於要係東涌轉車出市區,所以就揀左呢個地方.起初聽到個酒樓名,仲諗會係商場裡面.去到先知,原來係條舊式既村裡面.聞說係東涌碼頭舊址.(逸冬村旁邊)例湯:每人一盅,豬骨鱆魚冬瓜湯. 幾好味,又唔覺有味精,又夠火喉.燒腩仔:等得最耐,但又值得喎! D皮燒到,好似食薯片咁脆 D肉仲剛好半肥半瘦.豉椒炒聖子:都幾好味,份量都OK,個汁又野味.炸豆腐:大碟又大件,切成三角形,我都好少見, 出面既大酒樓多數都切到細細粒.金銀蛋莧菜:味道OK,都係大大碟. 莧菜多,配料都好多.仲有少少菇.紅燒斑腩煲:夠鑊氣,個汁又幾好味,份量都OK.西檸雞:份量比較少D,炸得又比較乾身, 個汁仲有少少過酸!

幾好味,又唔覺有味精,又夠火喉.
燒腩仔:等得最耐,但又值得喎!
D皮燒到,好似食薯片咁脆
D肉仲剛好半肥半瘦.

豉椒炒聖子:都幾好味,份量都OK,個汁又野味.
炸豆腐:大碟又大件,切成三角形,我都好少見,
出面既大酒樓多數都切到細細粒.
金銀蛋莧菜:味道OK,都係大大碟.
莧菜多,配料都好多.仲有少少菇.
紅燒斑腩煲:夠鑊氣,個汁又幾好味,份量都OK.
西檸雞:份量比較少D,炸得又比較乾身,
個汁仲有少少過酸!
