太平館出名吃乳鴿,很久沒去過,於是上星期一家人去品嚐。可惜那乳鴿的質素認真差,比起我多年前吃過的味道差得多。記得以前的乳鴿是豉油焗的,又香又甜又多汁,比美澳門的佛笑樓;那天吃的呢,卻是油炸的,又乾又柴皮又無肉味,真是令人失望,亦嘆息為何一間老字號的食店會如此不濟,其他食物也麻麻,肯定以後都不會幫襯。
