朋友約此餐廳晚飯,順便傾下下個月旅行事,餐廳夠靜環境唔錯,到步已見到頗多人,服務員帶我們行入內還有地方,原來都唔細,坐的也舒服輕鬆。椰王雞尾酒椰殼盛載著雞尾酒,酒中還帶點咖啡苦澀味道,matching得唔錯。酥炸軟殼蟹配凱撒沙律流心蛋舖在沙律面嘅原隻軟殼蟹夠大隻,酥脆而香口,沙律菜新鮮不帶半點苦,流心蛋的流心狀很吸引,味道不錯。慢煮12小時八珍甜醋牛肋骨牛肋骨的肉入口即溶,完全係12小時烹調的效果,口感與平時煎的牛扒確實不同,基本上不用點啃,而且配上八珍甜醋又是另一特色,跳出傳統八珍甜醋配豬腳薑嘅框框,而且沒有違和感,再以包夾住食,又是另一種食法,不錯。香草梳乎厘 大大個月餅好似好澎湃不過入面係空氣,所以頂住個肚都可以食曬,梳乎厘軟綿綿搭上香草芳香,好快K0晒。今晚同朋友飲特色飲品,酒精不强烈更易投入氣氛,乾一乾杯再傾下嚟緊旅行事,期待精彩之旅。
