To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同屋企人去商場行街,夜晚經過時見到係潮州野又係酒樓,就揀左呢間入到去座位都感覺舒適,側邊會有一個加水嘅機器,隨時可以斟熱水,岩晒長者餐牌精緻吸引,好多都有圖我先叫咗個海蜇手撕雞,雞較入味,海蜇爽身,呢個價都算大碟打冷點少得食滷水嘢,滷水鵝片我次次都會食,佢嘅鵝都好嫩入味,本身嘅鵝汁都好夠味,點埋佢配搭嘅醋都濃味左,個底有好滑嘅豆腐最後仲有啲唔夠喉,就叫埋沙嗲炒牛肉,超多牛肉!再叫埋靚仔餸飯,今餐都好夠滋味啦
