To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 返工經過見到有間新開既百份百餐廳,就即管試試佢底蘊餐牌上種類繁多,仲有好多都係餐廳推介,最後決定食除左豆腐火腩飯外,多數男生都喜愛既乾炒牛河!睇落同平時D乾炒牛河好似相差無幾,但食落先知原來佢有落埋薑粒去炒,熱辣辣既牛河再配埋薑既味道出奇地MATCH!同埋佢炒得比較乾身,唔似有D餐廳咁食完仲見到成堆油係碟到,值得一試再試
