乾炒牛河。瑞士汁牛河雖出名,對我黎講係一個伏,(好耐之前食過),一大個獻汁及顏色都不是我胃口。而因為怕肥,太耐無食過乾牛河。河粉大小不一,我覺得更有層次,真係好爽滑,牛肉,醃得適中,全部都沒有根。瑞士雞翼,好貴喔,爽滑,有雪味,亦很不入味,即係無味羅宋湯,仍保留著小時的味道。有丁點辣,酸味亦好“豉油西餐“的味道豬扒包。厚厚的豬扒,炸得鬆軟而不油膩,味道適中老字號的價錢,真係為左個名才去食為主,而菜色都不算特別出色
