To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同老公閒逛童年成日去嘅官廣，發現上面食野個層而家開左間任食燒肉，仲好平下，就膽粗粗幫襯一下～原本諗住食燒肉，點知入到去d食物種類多到選擇困難症發作。攞完燒肉，經過仲見到有熟食、刺身、壽司，返埋位見老公未返黎，刺身壽司都幾新鮮，食左先。燒定肉大家食，雞翼、燒菠蘿、三色椒都好味，燒燒下塊牛油紙燶咗，職員都好快幫我換，服務ok。原來老公去左攞火鍋料同湯底….太多啦，點食得哂？但包埋喎，點都食d唔好蝕！黑豚肉、蘿蔔、同菜都好甜。熟食嘅炆豬手夠腍，淺嘗小龍蝦亦幾入味。呀！仲有沙律都幾新鮮嘅～雪條同甜品款式都好多，但真係太飽啦，所以只係share左支椰汁黑糯米雪條，都幾好味～性價比高又夠貼地，回頭率高～
