To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

接完朋友下班後，想要簡單的晚餐，非譚仔莫屬，況且米線又不是甚麼地方都有，我覺得這是屬於香港獨有的味道。譚仔的米線菜單是自由配搭的，由於太多選擇反而會把人弄得七上八下，剛好看到有過橋米線套餐，一大碗幾乎包含所有的食物材料，能滿足二人的份量，價錢又便宜，擁有選擇困難症的朋友選這套餐就可以解決問題了。再加一至兩樣風味小吃更好，這次點了土匪雞翼，不知道土匪是代表甚麼意思的烹調方法，但這土匪雞翼好好味，有一種濃濃烤過的香味再加上灑了芝麻在上面，令人一試難忘
