To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

到科學館看完展覽,又接近吃晚飯的時間,友人提議到「韓國街」看看有甚麼好吃的,結果,韓國菜就沒吃到,反而,到訪了一家卷物店「Mr. Maki」吃日本菜,因為,在門口駐足時,發覺其二人前套餐十分之抵吃。店子小小的,主攻外賣,一室白磚牆配木枱,光猛整潔。由於離晚飯時間還有點早,所以,客人不多。鋪面已貼滿了各式各樣食物餐牌,所以,大抵入內前已大概知道有甚麼選擇,其實,選擇非常之多,主打是券物及好些飯品,原來還有近年流行的夏威夷蓋飯,卷物更有素食選項,所以,不乏健康之選。上文也說過,主要是相中其二人前套餐($188起)的,着實200元不到就有多款美食,需留意,部份選項是要額外加錢的,但加的也是不多。所有食物都是即叫即做的,單看整個套餐所有食物,是否也覺得十分豐富呢!「腐皮沙律」是指定的「頭盤」,秘製醬汁微辣惹味,但又醒胃,除了一般沙律菜外,內裡還有牛油果粒、青瓜粒、海藻絲、脆脆及甜甜的炸腐皮,材料新鮮爽口,配搭有層次,雖然是全素,卻一點也不單調,頗有驚喜的出品。前菜方面是3選2,選了「中華海蜇」及「柚子蓮藕片」,前者很有咬口,拌了醋汁,撒上黑白芝麻,令人越吃越開胃;後者味道比較有新意,蓮藕片做得

特色壽司卷是4選1,雖然,部份要補錢,但也很想試試「魚全部都係魚」這一款式(+$20),試過之後就知沒有揀錯了,因為反卷之內本身已有三文魚,再在表面放有大量吞拿魚蓉,伴以蟹籽及粟米脆片,每口都充滿油香及鮮味,驚喜位是魚蓉內還加有吞拿魚粒粒
,果然是全部都係魚,還一客有八件,大滿足呀!

經典卷物就只是2選1,沒有太大考慮就選上了「費城卷」,這是三文魚、芝士及牛油果的組合,整體味道很不錯
,尤其芝士的鹹香,更突顯魚鮮味,牛油果則能作兩者間的平衡。

最後的招牌美食可以揀炸雞或冷麵,由於之前已有兩道卷物,再揀冷麵怕吃不掉,所以,揀炸雞好了。這「先生炸雞」做得很有一手,一客有八大件,炸得熱焫焫,外脆內嫩,掛滿了蜜糖芥末醬,甜甜辣辣惹味十足,越吃越是滋味
