自己一路都好鍾意去大美督,去大美督,都係食開泰國嘢,始終大美督出名嘅都係泰國嘢;但今次我就選擇去一間由五星級酒店嘅廚師開嘅餐廳,你嘅餐廳雖然有啲不起眼,但係食物來講,就好出色。我哋選擇左另一個套餐,兩個人食,買單$1000左右;餐前開胃小點 Amuse Bouche,係一塊西班牙火腿,以微鹹作為開胃小食。之後就係法包同蔥油餅,法包搽上左餐廳特別調製嘅蒜蓉牛油,非常香;另外蔥油餅亦都薄得非常香脆,亦都可口;之後就係配上自家製蛋黃醬嘅炸蟹球,成個蟹球都係蟹肉,用料充足。由於餐廳當天沒有龍蝦湯供應,所以就轉左黑松露菌湯,湯除左Creamy之外,亦都飲得出有酒味,都幾好飲。再之後就到西班牙嘅豬扒,佢喺度整豬扒嘅特色之處係將一層厚芝士溶化左係豬扒嘅外層,令到每一啖豬扒都充滿左芝士嘅香。之後再到呢度嘅燒春雞,兩塊雞脾,同樣亦都係保留左最豐富嘅肉汁,雞肉嫩滑,非常不錯。呢度嘅飲品,可以係一般嘅茶或咖啡,我以凍奶茶作結。
