To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得友人今天早放，所以訂了位來這間西餐食！這間餐廳有室內及室外的，因為都熱熱地，所以揀了室內，如果唔係就可以睇下海景！餐廳燈光柔和，每枱都點有小蠟燭！餐廳推出了dinner set,但因為想試下其他野，所以便散叫了！松露蘑菇湯($88)，黑松露味重，蘑菇蓉都幾多，夠creamy!湯飲還配有麵包，麵包是有香草的，所以食落有淡淡的香草味!澳洲穀飼安格斯肉眼扒($298)，今晚突然好想食牛扒，所以點了這個，點了5成熟，沒有整到過熟，牛肉味都幾濃，頗鬆軟，點埋附設的醬汁更加惹味！牛扒旁還有薯仔、青瓜、車厘茄伴碟，更健康！薯條配黑松露蛋黃醬($78)，薯條是用上幼身的，著條本身已有少少的黑松露味，再配上黑松露蛋黃醬會更加惹味，黑松露味更出!Pot of Tea(Peppermint)($38)，這裡的茶飲可以再加水，由於當天不太舒服的關係，所以點了薄荷的味道!熱熱地咁飲落去喉嚨很舒服!總括黎講，餐廳環境舒適，侍應服務亦很好，有機會一定會再黎!
