To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前排返工好忙，終於得閒啲，想搵間chill得嚟又好食嘅餐廳拍吓拖，之前食過依間嘅lunch，質素都唔錯，一於試埋晚餐～叫咗個二人餐，有生蠔、前菜、湯、重點有威靈頓牛柳，仲有意粉、餐飲同甜品㖭！生蠔配有平時都有嘅檸檬同cocktail source之外，仲有個柚子醋都幾特別，食完好開胃～前菜我哋就嗌咗巴馬火腿配蜜瓜同慢煮西班牙八爪魚暖薯仔沙律。巴馬火腿配蜜瓜，蜜瓜夠爽甜，配埋鹹香嘅巴馬火腿食，真係prefect match～慢煮西班牙八爪魚暖薯仔沙律，一上檯就聞到好香嘅八爪魚味，慢煮嘅八爪魚煮到好軟身，但仍然保留到八爪魚嘅鮮味蟹肉龍蝦濃湯，淡淡嘅龍蝦香，仲真係飲到有蟹肉，真材實料！最期待嘅慢煮美國威靈頓牛柳，最外面有層鬆脆嘅酥皮，包住層雜菌粒，再包裹住牛柳，塊牛柳仲係粉嫰㗎！好正～帆立貝蕃茄醬意粉，又係超足料，條條意粉都掛有蕃茄醬除咗餐飲，甜品仲有tiramisu同奶凍，超滿足！！
