To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

開頭和順記喺天后開分店嗰陣,幫襯過一次已經俾佢嘅神級炸脾深深吸引。嗰次食炸脾感覺良好,因為第一次食到炸脾係外脆內嫩兼爆汁,算係我暫時食過最好食嘅炸脾。今次再度幫襯,當然炸脾雞蛋飯必定叫,再新試多一個芥末牛柳黑松露蛋飯。前者個炸脾炸過咗火,因為整體無乜肉汁,無咁嫩滑,個脆皮就依然keep到。後者係意外地好食,個牛柳好嫩,配埋芥末汁又幾惹味。而黑松露蛋又真係食到有黑松露味,因為好多時喺出面食都未必食到有味。PS. 差唔多食飽嘅時候,餐廳負責人問我哋啲食物質素時,我哋都有表達炸脾炸得太過嘅問題,負責人即時叫廚房再炸過一隻俾我哋試味。本身真係飽到上心口,負責人嘅熱情款待只好接受。今次呢隻就真係食返第一次嘅感覺,又爆汁又外脆內嫩,大滿足。好想俾返個credit 呢間餐廳,因為呢個跟進action你會睇得出佢哋係有心想提供最好嘅食物俾食客,所以會再繼續幫襯。
