九月十五日 (星期日)所謂一登龍門,升價十倍,不過連續兩年拿下米芝蓮二星榮銜的阿一海景飯店,沒有因而坐地起價,反而推出不少經濟實惠的經濟套餐,而且一點也沒將價就貨,製作出來的仍是高水準這日天氣晴朗,一伙兒來到阿一,享用一個悠閒午餐雖不是近海傍,不過餐廳位於29樓,也可飽覽維港美景,真令人心曠神怡套餐也有數款選擇,我們選的那款就先以數款頭盤開始醬油成都小荀帶點脆口感,屬開胃前菜以中式做法來煮理的白鹵水法國鵝肝鵝肝羶香滿溢,更散發陣陣白鹵水香味,效果不錯五香素鵝香脆可口,帶一點豆香西班牙火腿本身沒問題,咸香也挺豐富總覺得與這客中餐來得有點格格不入餐廳的招牌一哥鮑魚酥果然名不虛傳鮑魚爽口彈牙,鮮甜入味酥皮帶着濃郁的牛油香,入口又鬆化,實在是賞心樂事荀尖鮮蝦餃飽滿的蝦餃實在非常誘惑入口鮮甜爽口,皮又薄而煙韌,令人一試難忘蟹子燒賣也是出色煙韌富肉香,又不會太乾身太肥膩粒粒蟹子增添口感上的滿足菠蘿焗义燒包外皮實在鬆脆得很义燒餡蜜甜又煙韌,令人滿意蜂巢芋角炸得香脆入面芋泥幼滑,其他餡料則略甜,整體仍算不俗鮮蟹肉魚翅灌湯餃本是不俗的菜式,不過在場各位都承諾了一翅都唔食,所以也沒機會試了難得的,是餐廳竟
