To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為工作，星期六係呢到快快食咗個全日早餐，個lunch set 有沙律或者湯，我要咗沙津，有少量沙津醬，幼切萍果，整體淸淡。可能多人叫外賣，食完沙律都等咗兩個字先上個全日早餐，煎鱈魚，超級好食，係啱啱煎好，金黃色，外脆內邊魚肉厚身而且一瓣一瓣，係新鮮貨。炒蛋夠嫩，蛋上有黑從露，蛋下面有牛油果醬和多士，除咗蛋，個多士我冇食⋯。唔係因為佢差，係我偏食啫🙈。沙津，煙肉同火腿，正常水準。可能疫情，堂食人好少，待應服務好好，因為我趕住返工，我一吹單，佢哋即刻同我跟。埋單大約120，抵！
