To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

二百幾蚊歎盡高質日式料理

今日又去咗食超抵食嘅日式放題。每位只需二百幾蚊，但係食物高質 ，CP值超高，二百幾蚊就可以食到咁多款高質嘅日式料理，真係抵到喊！我成日會lunch過嚟食，感覺上lunch食咗冇咁易肥．首先，不得不提佢哋嘅刺身！肥美嘅三文魚、油甘魚、吞拿魚，每一樣都鮮甜爽口，完全唔似係放題嘅水準！仲有海膽同魚子，鮮味十足，簡直係人間美味！除咗刺身，佢哋嘅熟食選擇都非常豐富！燒物方面，有香噴噴嘅鰻魚、烤雞串同牛舌，每一串都燒得恰到好處，外脆內嫩！熱食方面，有鮑魚、豬腳、以及多款特色小食，例如芝士焗魚柳、蟹肉多士等等，每一樣都做得非常精緻。甜品方面，選擇超多蛋糕雪糕生果，雪糕仲有Häagen-Dazs。質素都唔錯，有榴槤、芒果布甸等等，我今次自己一個就食咗三嚿榴槤。
