預祝聖誕原本想去酒店食個聖誕大餐,但睇過周圍價錢,覺得著實太貴,都係返去食個放題算了。Book了銅鑼灣的極尙大喜屋,貪佢夠方便,就在銅鑼灣地鐵C出口上面。我地食8:30那輪,8:15分就排隊入內,幸好有訂位,否則真係排好耐!坐低食點串燒、刺身!刺身前嚟一碗蟲草花膠雞湯暖胃亦是不錯。前菜除了各款熱葷、小食外,仲可以試一下燒肉、乳豬、叉燒和煙三文魚。牛舌、雞軟骨、西京燒、天婦羅,熱辣辣!當然燒乳鴿、鰻魚亦係必食。刺身我最愛是三文魚和油甘魚,夠晒厚切!赤蝦、甜蝦、帶子、北寄貝等,都鮮甜彈牙。Encore了兩轉。鮑汁鮑魚撈飯第一次見!大大隻鮑魚,啖啖肉,我一人食咗兩碗!必食的仲有:炸軟殼蟹鵝肝多士川燒廣島蠔花雕醉鮑魚黑椒蜜汁一口牛瑤柱扒豆苗上湯花膠扒避風塘賴尿蝦而家諗返起嗰晚咁飽咁滿足,係因為真係食左好多野!!!還有各款創作壽司,都一定要試!記得再留肚甜品,燒榴槤、木瓜燉雪燕、杯裝自家甜品都是我的最愛。將最後的胃納用甜品填滿。 continue reading

因为离得近来过很多次了,会员已经升级到殿堂级了,不知道上面是否还有级别。开始是吃工作日定食,不过定食有限制,来晚了就没了,也偶尔完全不提供定食。扫码点餐的放题主打刺身,刺身大约有十几种,还有寿司、卷物若干,海胆卷是真小,且不是很脆;餐后甜品和冰淇凌都挺丰富。工作日吃放题感觉放不开,只能吃1.5小时,不过基本上也够了,工作日的定食非常划算。扎啤还不错,清酒一般,不知道是啥酒。饮料非常多,一般每次来最多喝2种。 continue reading

今次我哋約咗一班朋友去大喜屋放題,真係超開心!一入到去,環境就好舒服,燈光柔和,座位間隔都幾闊,唔會覺得擠迫。食物方面就真係多到數唔晒!首先有各種新鮮刺身、海鮮、生蠔、螃蟹、蝦,仲有燒肉、白切雞,啲肉質都好嫩滑。沙律吧都有好多選擇。最吸引係佢哋嘅壽司、刺身,無限量不漏單供應,有我最愛既海膽。最好食有鵝肝多士,勁肥美。講到價錢,性價比十分高。而且仲有無限飲品,啤酒、汽水、果汁都包晒,真係好抵!總之,食物質素高,環境又闊落,價錢又合理,真係好值得一試! continue reading
