To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

二訪「明發」，值得推介😉

之前已經和友人到過「明發小食」，一行二人都被餐廳的食物質素所驚艷。今次筆者就再同另一位朋友過來，二訪這間街坊食店！同樣試了懷舊豬油渣麵，麵條帶少許煙韌感。豬油渣份量蠻多的，朋友話味道好香口，而且感覺未算好油膩，所以明知邪惡都會忍不住一直吃。一食令筆者愛上的煎餃子！點了鴛鴦口味，分別是韭菜和椰菜。前者味道會濃烈一點，外皮煎至金黃，入口香脆。內餡可以說是爆汁，一咬就有肉汁溢出，所以要小心進食。餡料比例多菜少肉，夠健康；而且還加入了馬蹄粒，令口感度增加。這一件蛋糕絕對是他們的意外驚喜。蛋糕入口幼滑creamy，有點入口即溶之感，芝士味道更是香濃。$25的定價可謂抵食！酸甜度適中的檸檬汁，解渴消暑。
