To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 二訪呢間環境幾舒服又好食嘅cafe 🐶 狗狗都可以一齊坐~中意食牛角包所以叫咗兩款牛角包試,果然無令我失望,牛角包就算係放咗一陣先食到仲係好酥脆香口🥐Croissant Lover🥰牛角包夾有一隻脆炸軟殼蟹、流心太陽蛋同自家製酸青瓜,配上是拉差沙律醬,食落又甜又辣咁,味道配搭得好好又惹味。Egg benedict Lover🍳牛角包夾有兩隻燒大蝦、兩粒班尼迪克蛋,蛋黃都煮到半熟再配上少少荷蘭汁。仲有以意大利甜醋調味嘅羽衣甘藍沙律做伴碟。 唯獨要留意記得食個時要搬開牛角包,拎走燒蝦頭再夾埋先好食🤓

牛角包夾有一隻脆炸軟殼蟹、流心太陽蛋同自家製酸青瓜,配上是拉差沙律醬,食落又甜又辣咁,味道配搭得好好又惹味。
