2月嘅時候,朋友曾經帶過我黎呢間餐廳食飯,餐廳環境幽靜,而且點心即叫即蒸,食物高質。自此之後,呢間餐廳就成為左我嘅口袋名單。一直都好想再來,咁岩今日去左將軍澳工作,收工就同埋屋企人食個Chill Dinner。今次encore左鵪鶉蛋松露燒賣($55)同焗叉燒包($38),兩款點心依然出色。另外,都試左幾款其他點心小菜。窩貼蝦多士 (5件) ($88)蝦多士炸到金黃香脆,配埋鮮果沙律醬,食落完全無油膩感。懷舊灌湯餃 (2件) ($68)灌湯餃湯汁勁飽滿,而且餐廳好細心,會用托托住每隻灌湯餃,放落碗都唔會整爛個皮。另外配上浙醋,味道同層次都昇華不少。XO醬炒腸粉 ($78)餐廳自家製XO醬配上嫩滑腸粉,腸粉炒到好乾身好惹味。鳳梨咕嚕蝦球 ($178)8隻大蝦大大隻,而且炸到脆卜卜,配上酸甜汁,超開胃。估唔到第二次黎都繼續有驚喜,而且食物依然保持水準。
