🍣 時不知. 即係三文魚囉. 📖 翻查資料, 時不知 (Tokishirazu Salmon), 又名 “時鮭”, 源於俄羅斯境內嘅阿穆爾河, 屬於習慣性嘅洄游魚. 鮭魚一般為秋天的食材, 皆因鮭魚會在秋天洄遊至出生地產卵, 途經北海道沿岸而被捕. 時不知身體內沒有卵可產, 又 “不知時間”, 春至初夏 (5-7月) "走錯路" 洄游至北海道沿岸, 一萬條中只有一條. 時不知屬野生魚, 比起飼養嘅鮭魚體積小一半, 每條僅重三至四公斤, 體內油脂豐富, 肉質緊實.

🤗 今日兩枱客, 用餐節奏舒適, 鄧師傅主動交流, 招牌式展示 金目鯛 同埋 (我冇份食嘅) 八爪魚, 帶動氣氛, 十個讚! 有比較, 有傷害, 老實說, “震撼感” 不及從前, 原因不明, 唯有期待下次再訪.
