To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

回港後都沒有時間好好地同姊妹食餐飯，難得約齊人就去間好啲嘅餐廳食好西The Ritz-Carlton 的風景真係好靚以前經常係sky101食飯都唔覺有咁靚，從落地玻璃俯視香港夜景，淨係個景都值回票價今次就去102樓嘅The lounge & bar 食扒早排喺網上見到有牛扒set $480 per person 包括一份牛扒同無限添食嘅頭盤好抵呀咁我地5個女仔食得唔多嘢，就叫咗兩份T-bone ($960 for two) 無論係賣相定份量都好高質見到都流哂口水牛扒嗌咗medium rare，啱啱好，唔會血淋淋亦唔會好難咬不足之處係張櫈同枱嘅高度比例好怪，鋸扒鋸得好辛苦小食都ok，salad 同 garlic fries 好正不過都係西餐廳嘅基本嘢食肉梗係配紅酒我地就咗枝普通紅酒呢個景加呢種食物質素，絕對會再去

呢個景加呢種食物質素，絕對會再去
