To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

估唔到雲桂香已經不知不覺開到成十幾間分店,發覺我只係幫襯過屯門嗰間,仲要係成兩年之前嘅事添,適逢佢喺公司附近開咗間分店,今日要嚟回味一下。嗌咗至愛嘅酸辣湯底,揀左小辣,餸就淨係揀咗一個餸要 豬扒,湯底夠哂酸辣味道,米線比較煙靭,不過個豬扒就無嚟味道,要用返個湯底去餸塊豬扒,變咗個湯底係餸,另外佢將成塊豬扒沐浴係個湯入面,本身煎到脆脆地身嘅豬扒俾啲湯浸淋哂啦。服務方面相信呢間舖請咗唔少新人,淨係見到收銀嗰位嬸嬸係咁教啲細嘅點樣落單,又話人落錯又盛,不過我見阿嬸嬸佢本身個反應都有啲遲緩。
