To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

五星級果然係五星級，服務一流，食物滿分！由我泊車，入lobby開始, 就已經有員工幫我攞花同蛋糕!! 好熱心！而cafe 103，由於遲咗收工，佢哋臨時應變能力好快，幫我同壽星安排咗lounge 有海景嘅位置安頓我們可以繼續享用時間!呢個Teaset每一件都好好食，雖然個QR code用唔到，不過最重要係享受呢段時光，雖然短暫但好開心。所有嘅安排都好好👍本人非常注重Service！食物嘅質素同服務其他酒店真係比唔上！！慶祝活動只係一個儀式感，最重要係同咩人一齊食，當刻嘅感受好滿意，佢哋會care你每一個客嘅感受，最緊要係連嗰壽星都開心!!我諗我之後都會揀呢一間
