前菜賣相精緻,麻醬粟米日本紅茄、雪梨黑毛豬,豬用左煙燻去處理,然後底和面各有一片梨,清爽兼且令口腔不會過於濃味、最後係螺肉用左店家自製醬汁,帶有甜甜地幾開胃。赤身、深海池魚、鯛魚松露醬,池魚一向係我至愛,半爽半腍既口感好正,至於鯛魚配松露醬既配搭幾特別,先係有魚既鮮味,再在口腔慢慢滲出松露香味。池魚壽司、黑陸壽司,黑陸魚名字比較少聽,肉質軟腍,頂層放左一點調味料,估計係日本既柚子胡椒。淮山魚湯,好濃郁既魚味,但又唔會好腥,應該用左好多心機時間去熬。鐵板燒銀鱈魚,魚皮簿得好脆口,好似薯片一樣,銀鱈魚好重油脂香味,而且煎至表面金黃色,食落帶有少許焦脆。長腳蟹貝殼粉,廚師將蟹肉加左調味,味道濃郁惹味,而且蟹殼處理得好乾淨,唔會有殼碎,可以放心食用。厚燒牛,牛燒至八成熟左右,但口感一d都唔韌,軟熟易咬,但牛味較淡,可加點海鹽和炸蒜片。炒雜菜和煙肉炒飯,雜菜個調味醬簡直係靈魂精髓,應該係自家調製,XO醬味重而且有顆粒狀口感。巨峰提子啫喱,賣相和口感有d似四川透明涼粉。
