✨野生龍蝦,餐廳用咗西澳龍蝦,非常新鮮係喺魚缸即刻拎出嚟,龍蝦用返本身龍蝦頭嘅膏去烹調出佢嘅調味,簡單嘅調味令到成個龍蝦嘅鮮味更加突出,龍蝦亦都非常爽口彈牙,食得出龍蝦,非常新鮮,我同朋友對呢一個龍蝦讚不絕口!

✨炒飯,廚師非常細心問我哋使唔使走蒽因為我同朋友都唔食蔥,每一粒炒飯到粒粒分明,而且再加埋煙肉嘅香味令到成個飯嘅味道更加昇華!簡直係大滿足!
