今晚特別來到銅鑼灣,為慶祝而選擇咗這間網上評價超高的餐廳,果然冇失望!餐廳擁有靚靚的維港景色,氣氛優雅,而佢最近推出嘅$880特選和牛套餐更係吸引。餐點由自家製醬汁南非鮑魚開始,口感爽彈,令人開胃。隨後上咗季節刺身,包括池魚、章魚同埋藍鯨吞拿魚,每一片都新鮮滿足。接著是金䱽魚腩手卷,廚師特別用脆餅來代替紫菜,咬落去脆脆的,搭配味道極佳,還有楓葉的裝飾,打卡able。熱菜方面,佢嘅海鮮茶碗蒸滑溜,之後上咗一碗清甜嘅蜆湯,味道清甜,中和咗之前嘅味道,等味蕾迎接主菜嘅衝擊。主菜方面,我哋見到廚師喺水缸中直接捉左啲龍蝦出黎,保證新鮮。搭配咗海膽醬,龍蝦肉質爽彈,啖啖肉,好味。接下來的香煎鵝肝則非常香口,鵝肝味道濃郁。然後就係香煎日本宮崎和牛,油脂分布均勻,咬下去每一口都充滿油香。食完肉之後,廚師安排咗煙肉蒜香炒飯。炒飯粒粒分明,包滿蛋漿。最後,亦有均衡飲食的炒芽菜,為整餐增添一點清新感。甜品方面,我哋試咗提子味嘅蒟蒻啫喱,清爽又不會太甜,為這頓豐盛的晚餐畫上完美的句號。整體而言,呢間餐廳無論係食物定係環境都非常出色,特選和牛套餐真係值得一試!服務態度亦都好好,侍應會不斷斟茶,確保客人會keep
