依間由5星級酒店大廚主理嘅中菜,最近由美孚搬咗去尖沙咀,主要以粵菜同京川滬菜為主。鮮茄魚湯龍躉球有得揀酸辣同走辣,配菜有酸菜、金菇、粉絲等,加埋蕃茄湯,酸味醒神非常開胃。龍躉球嫩滑結實,連埋豐富膠質嘅龍躉皮,魚味好濃郁。蒜芯醬爆花甲肉蒜芯非常之柔嫩,完全冇渣。花甲肉唔連殼,啱晒我依啲嫌麻煩嘅人,可以每次大啖大啖咁放入口,配合埋XO醬,香辣惹味,送飯一流。籠仔排骨蒸陳村粉將排骨放喺陳村粉上面蒸,排骨非常軟腍入味,而陳村粉吸收晒排骨嘅精華同蒜茸汁,味道非常豐富。更以荷葉墊底,透出淡淡荷葉清香。
