To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔經唔覺這裏開業已有五年，記得剛到中環工作時，這裏開業剛好半年；老闆娘親切的笑容，加上美味的早餐及舒適的環境，令我很喜歡這間小店，因此也成為我其中一間時常去的早餐店！😋今早比較肚餓，在早餐時段叫了午餐，老闆娘話當然無問題；叫了煙三文魚炒意粉，另加一杯熱齋啡。😂煙三文魚嫩滑肥美，帶點點煙薰味；意粉軟硬度適宜，炒得油潤唔乾身，可惜老闆娘太看輕我，分量有點偏少，下次可能要加大碼才成。🤭臨走前，老闆送上五週年紀念品一份給我，內有曲奇及花茶各一；最後祝賀老闆，生意興隆，財源廣進，萬事如意！🎉#煙三文魚炒意粉#熱齋啡#EverShine地址: 中環卑利街13號地舖電話: 91505697
