黎到九龍城當然要食泰國菜!呢間餐廳推動既優惠吸引到我地入去,(有好多唔同既優惠架)只需惠顧滿$200就可以以$1換購美食,每天不同,非常划算。今日星期2可以用$1換購原價$58既炸春卷,份量合理一客有六條,餡料足,香脆可口,點埋醬汁更加惹味!餐牌麵包咖喱軟殼蟹,特大香軟鬆脆的麵包盛滿特製咖哩醬汁,軟殼蟹炸到脆卜卜,油份唔重而咖哩辣味唔太重,偏向香同甜既味多,食落似係用黃咖哩、椰汁同埋雞蛋去煮,令到質感更順滑,更濃稠。除左味道吸引外,賣相更吸引。實在太大份,多D人Share會更好。泰式燒牛肉,牛肉燒成六七成熟,裡面肉色粉嫩,肉質軟嫩,吾韌之餘又有咬口,牛肉味濃郁,鮮味juicy。泰式炒金邊粉,用冬蔭公調味既蛋汁製作成蛋網,賣相特別,製作有心思。金邊粉加入蝦仁、紅蝦乾、豆芽、豆腐干,炒得很入味,不乾不濕,甜酸度適中,可按喜好加上花生碎或青檸汁,增加口感同清新感。天氣甘熱緊系要叫返杯透心涼既沙冰,一杯椰子(仲有果肉係入面添)、一杯芒果,用新鮮既水果打成,沙冰幼細滑溜,味道濃郁,甜味剛好,原汁原味。食泰國菜必叫串燒,有牛豬雞三款,火候時間都掌握得好,肉質吾會燒到太乾身,仍保留住肉汁。配搭沙嗲醬
