To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近期多次見社交媒體講此食店既“亞拉斯加帝皇蟹”,昨日(15/11/2020)在沙田,知附近有這食店,便一早訂定枱,六點就去食。可能近期無超抵食既推廣,居然去到無人等位,即時可入座。由侍應帶領下點了隻五斤十両既亞拉斯加帝皇蟹,選了原隻清蒸,很鮮味,很易拆開取肉嚟食,無咩膏,四個人食,份量都足夠。另點了兩個餸蒜蓉炒芥蘭,都幾好食及份量足脆皮咕嚕肉,略嫌份量少,菠蘿好酸,麻麻地侍應好少及態度麻麻,落單時都要等上幾分鐘。
