終於有機會嚟呢間始於1961年的「泰豐廔」京菜館!👍🏻😍今晚新/舊交义嚐味👇🏻👇🏻😋新-珍珠羮-湯頭鮮甜、珍珠(麵粉糰)口感特別!墨魚滑-混合新鮮墨魚好有咬口、超有墨魚味、口感一流!山東大包-餡料豐富(豬肉、炸菜、木耳、粉絲....)全不油膩!大包外皮明顯用手擀皮又鬆又軟!👍🏻😜舊-最難得今晚食回昔日兒時包北京鴨的「手擀皮」非一般的味道和口感!👍🏻😋壓軸-「涮羊肉」 只可惜近年已禁止室內用真上炭爐。冇炭嘅炭爐仍然比一般爐有風味!上炭爐前侍應哥哥捧上一大盤調味料。溫馨提醒我地用齊12道調味(醬油、魚露、麻油、花雕、香醋、辣油、糖、韭菜醬、南乳、芝麻醬、蔥白、芫茜)!原來兒時爸爸帶我地食「涮羊肉」的味道重點就係呢個「混醬」.........正到暈!👍🏻😍😍😍是晚菜單:芥末青瓜椒鹽里肌珍珠羮榨菜肉末叉子燒餅椒鹽小黃魚北京鴨/蔥白段/手擀皮山東大包涮羊肉-羊肉牛肉墨魚滑菜肉水餃豆卜豆腐冬瓜大白菜豆沙力高😋😋😋
