To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友聚會,有佳餚美酒,一樂也。蘭桂坊這邊有很多高級餐廳,友人選擇了這家,樓底很高,其他客人在靜靜地享用晚餐,格調優雅高尚。餐廳的英俊經理過來介紹餐酒,最後我們選擇了一紅酒一白酒配搭紅白肉。來,先乾杯!點餐後食物一道接一道慢慢奉上。【龍蝦濃湯】配搭了不同的法式軟包。先見到碟上有幾件龍蝦肉,店員再慢慢澆上龍蝦湯,更覺美味。龍蝦湯很濃郁,味道鮮味。龍蝦肉爽彈,真的很新鮮。【Lobster & Scallop Ceviche】大龍蝦鉗跟一片片的龍蝦肉,還有帶子刺身、飛魚籽,加上粒粒西瓜,味道清新鮮甜。最特別是柚子味珍珠,晶瑩剔透,增添不少貴氣。【Heirloom Cherry Tomato & Burrata】一道看似簡單的前菜,主要是車厘茄和鮮水牛芝士,當中有綠色的車厘茄,還是第一次見,很特別呢!加上番茄清湯、乾青醬、羅勒油調味,令味道層次更加豐富。【Grilled Global Seafood Platter】 巨型長碟裝滿五款燒烤海鮮,很吸引。加拿大龍蝦、北海道帶子、阿拉斯加皇帝蟹、西班牙八爪魚鬚、虎蝦,每款都很棒,肉厚多汁還帶香濃的燒烤味道,很可口。自己是海鮮迷,可以跟朋友一起分享,

【Australian ‘Mayura Station’】
Mayura和牛是純種和牛,飼料中加入吉百利朱古力,令牛隻食得更開心。一上枱時已經香味撲鼻,看一看顏色更是粉嫩。肉汁非常豐富,味道香甜,幼滑香軟口感,可以說是入口即溶,難怪餐廳經埋大力推介。

甜品我選了【After Eight】
雖然餐牌寫是薄荷朱古力心太軟,但吃不到薄荷味道,反而是朱古力味特濃。加上薄荷雪糕味道很清新,吃了可以refresh一下口腔,為此完美晚餐作結。
