約左人出黎吹水,黎左尖咀嘅餐廳加酒吧,有得食又有得飲。loststar / wonderland,先黎兩杯mocktail,望落幾靚仔 loststar係grapefruit加檸檬茶,甜甜酸酸又香茶味,wonderland係荔枝沙冰加raspberry,cranberry等,仲有兩包爆炸糖,好飲又有趣。amethyst,雜莓沙冰,加入不少果肉,冰涼透心,粉紅色的又甜又浪漫。nasa,由cherry,grape等果汁再加少許酒精,呈透明狀,賣相靚靚又香甜易入口。再黎點主食先,先要左個蟹皇risotto,個人覺得飯嘅軟硬取得唔錯,蟹肉下得很多,creamy又鮮甜。慢煮安格斯牛柳配香蒜黑醋汁,友人點左呢款得獎名菜。牛柳嫩滑多肉汁,牛味十足,配菜有甜椒,蕃茄等,煮過後依然有口感爆汁。香煎黑鱈魚配芥末子忌廉汁兩塊黑鱈魚嫩滑香口,配菜同樣有甜椒,還有薯仔,用黎同忌廉汁同食不錯。煙薰慢煮三文魚伴大蒜忌廉汁,一打開個蓋真係好香煙薰味,三文魚好嫩口,全熟都唔會鞋,黑松露薯容又香又好味,正。慢慢食,邊享受邊吹水,滿意嘅一夜!
