知道呢個商場又開左幾間新食店, 其中呢間以精緻巧手粵菜馳名, 當然要去試下啦昏暗燈方配合典雅中式設計, 入坐率差唔多爆滿, 好彩一早訂好位, 仲可以安排坐到窗邊位, 可以欣賞到維港景色食粵菜, 喜歡用茶, 先開壺普洱(茗茶$28)飲下, 飲落順喉唔會脷嚡, 好舒服!打開餐牌, 由前菜/湯類/肉類/燒味/海鮮/蔬菜/麵飯到甜品都有供應仲有廚師推介香口嘢從來都係我"飛佛, 呢客八味金磚豆腐 ($118)走唔出我法眼! 哈哈.....一客5件炸至金黃色嘅脆皮豆腐整齊排列外皮灑滿惹味調味香料粉, 炸漿絶對薄而香脆; 內裏豆腐嫩滑又保持濕潤, 豆味幾出, 好好味!主菜開始上枱, 肉類代表有呢客懷舊鳯梨咕嚕肉 ($198), 咕嚕肉份量比例唔少, 伴以新鮮菠蘿, 青椒及蔥段, 經典組合重現一客好味嘅咕嚕肉, 除左要做到肉外脆內鬆化, 個醬汁調味都好緊要, 酸甜比例要拿捏得好準, 之前食過有D用白醋黎攞酸味, 食落酸味有點嗆喉, 但度嘅味道就調教得相當唔錯!  每舊肉大細可以一啖放入口, 食得方便!燒味部之選就有呢客龍井燻太爺鷄 ($288/半隻), 以瓦煲盛鷄, 臨食之前侍應再會係客人面前加入龍井

燻過嘅鷄皮變成好似豉油鷄咁嘅顏色, 未放入口已經聞到好香煙燻味道, 估唔到食落亦有佢嘅香味!  鷄皮下雖帶少少脂肪, 但美食當前一於少理!  
夾左件無骨連皮一齊食, 鷄肉口感相當嫩滑及入味, 火喉控制得唔錯, 水準之作!

一餐飯又點可以無菜呢?!  就簡簡單單炒碟菜啦, 呢客薑糖芥蘭 ($148), 事前工夫已將芥蘭莖去左外皮, 令到菜嘅口感更嫩口無渣! 以傳統炒法加薑及糖作調味, 食落有好香酒味, 反而薑味就唔太食到!

飯.......我要食飯, 點左呢客㰖菜瑤柱菜粒炒飯 ($208), 用惹味㰖菜黎做炒飯, 未食已知應該無得輸, 再加埋鮮味瑤柱絲及爽口菜粒, 飯粒炒至乾身, 加埋嫩滑蛋白"增潤"做個平衡, 每啖炒飯都食到鑊氣, 食一碗又點會足夠呀?!

侍應招呼週到, 不時主動加水, 食物水準唔錯, 價錢雖然唔算親民, 但能在咁美好環境下用餐, 間唔中豪下又何妨?!
