To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 投入藝術與美食,享受全新餐廳 @bistrocity 不一樣的視覺與味覺衝擊。休閒嘅時光同朋友嚟到大會堂Bistrocity,嘗試全新嘅港式風味,還有幸欣賞到首位展覽藝術家Alan Cheung 的「香港遇一隅」;主題概括出香港生活日常,速寫城市不同的面貌,細膩地繪畫出每一張栩栩如生的場景,描繪出香港獨有的本土情懷、讓人會心微笑。接下來品嚐了多種美食,午市套餐有香港遠近馳名嘅滑嘟嘟煎蛋叉燒飯,惹未多汁咖喱雞扒飯或者濃香沙嗲牛肉煲仔麵。今次我同Ruby 就點咗餐牌內嘅龍蝦🦞,廚師拿捏火候相當準確,咬落香滑多汁,而新鮮龍蝦入面重有龍蝦膏,真係非常有水準啊!除此之外,我地兩個重品嘗埋其他傳統港式小食,今次加入埋新派元素,好似有芫荽叉燒蛋菠蘿包、經典原味雞蛋仔同埋香脆阿華田西多士等等,雞蛋仔仲有雪糕,識落好似食緊蛋糕仔咁,真係好足料。而香脆阿華田西多士真係好大份,牛油並唔會即刻融化掉,阿華田剛好亦唔會太多,甜度剛剛好!我就叫埋一杯香滑絲襪港式奶茶☕️嘆一嘆!朋友就點咗一杯椰汁紅豆冰🥤夠哂椰香味濃同好消暑咁話
